In this episode, while on his way through the park to Krystal's house, Jack bumps into his sister's friend Skylar, skateboarding in solitude through the park, and stops by for some innocent conversation. A silly... incident with two of Skylar's bitchy classmates brings them into closer contact than anticipated, and before you know it, Skylar gets bold enough to introduce Jack to the joys of topless skateboarding, though the public nature of the park prevents them from taking things to the next level. No such boundaries are set at Krystal's house, however, where the raven-haired girl is eagerly waiting for Jack to make his move on her... eventually finding out that it is way easier to make the first move herself.
