In this episode, Azraesha convinces Tristan to try and perform an "etherwalk" under her guidance, which can actually get both their physical selves out into a separate dimension for a short period of time. The... success of the experiment brings some hope of finally being able to break the House's hold on its prisoners, but this is only the very beginning of a long journey - so, in the meantime, there is nothing preventing Tristan from further strengthening his amorous bonds with Rae herself (who now has a habit of seducing her lover in the mornings with a particularly revealing kitchen apron), Caitlin (whose growing interest in erotic reading material can be exploited for grand purposes), and Naomi (who finally realizes that it's a real waste to be stuck in the same house with a big, juicy dick and not make proper use of it).
