In the first part of the "Dyuu ending", our heroes' battle with the Voidborn results in an unfortunate rift where all sorts of weird multi-appendaged monsters begin to take over, and the only escape is... for Dyuu to feed on the corpse of the defeated enemy and become the new Voidborn himself. In order to overcome the invasion, his task now is to assemble an army of girls inside the Castrum prison and use them to breed his own army - starting with LeBlanc and Katarina, who are only too happy to submit to the endless pleasures of multiple penetration and lactation...
