In this episode, the party inevitably rolls on toward its last big event - the Best Costume competition, with the winner to be decided upon by the small jury of Peter, Sage, and Quinn. After... the (somewhat unexpected) results are announced, the party finally begins to wind down, with the guests gradually leaving, but most of the hottest girls still lingering on in hopes of ending up with the night's juiciest prize - Peter and his irresistible dick, of course!
