In this episode, the HOTs finally arrive to the Halloween party, and Peter finds himself completely swamped with social interaction, as he has to keep things in check, get drunk, act as councilor, and balance... his various love interests at the same time. Fortunately, his own alcohol intake is tolerable enough to keep track of which girls he has already taken to "The Green Room" for her Halloween photo session and which ones still remain to be pampered!
