In this episode, while waiting for Judy to recover at the hospital, Biff is updated on the identity of the big-titted bomber - The Dragon, a murderous maniac with a long history of abuse and... revenge. When approached by Matlock, the mafia boss behind Awakenings, Biff actually considers accepting his offer - which would include receiving The Dragon as his personal sex slave - and witnesses the disastrous consequences in a hypothetical scenario playing out in his mind ("The Dragon Ending").
