UltraGirl wakes up tied up in David Maxwell's lair! He explains to her that, unlike her other victims, she will not be blackmailed but forced to fight for her freedom. Unfortunately for UltraGirl, her powers... are undermined by sexual scenarios before and after each battle to keep her under control, along with chloroform.
